[Dailydrool] Tri-State Bassets

We absolutely put the adopter in touch with the foster home, as they know the dog best & that I can speak of from experience.  The only times we wouldn't recommend this is if we had a some questionable experiences with the contact the foster home had with other adopters for other fosters.
