[Dailydrool] Cart for a senior arthritic basset

If anyone has a used dog cart that is appropriate for an approximately 60-pound senior arthritic basset, please let me know.  A family who adopted a much-loved dog from the Basset Hound Rescue League several years ago is in need of one and cannot afford the expense of a new cart.  Any information would be much appreciated.
