[Dailydrool] Arlene and the BHRL are alive and well

Hi.  This posting is in response to Richie Churchill's question in an earlier Daily Drool about what is up with Arlene Kahn's rescue organization.  I just want to make sure that everyone knows that Arlene Kahn's rescue, the Basset Hound Rescue League, located in Maryland, is alive and well.  Arlene is constantly rescuing dogs, many from the south, and doing her best to place them in wonderful forever homes as quickly as possible. As with all rescues, the BHRL has more work than imaginable and does the best it can with fewer funds than imaginable.
