[Dailydrool] Low specific gravity in urine

Bella, also at the age of 7, had low specific gravity when her urine was tested because of a UTI she had at the time. The low sg is apparently one sign of Cushing’s disease; she was tested, and found to have that. She was subsequently on Lysodren (one pill a week) for the rest of her life.

She lived -- with no Cushing’s-related problems -- to the ripe old age of 14 and a half. I’ve always believed it was because the Cushing’s was caught early.
