[Dailydrool] Need advise

Happy is a basset mix in our rescue right now he has a cyst on his side and 
he has been exhibiting strange behaviors lately. He whistle snores and gasps 
for air we thought he had esophageal paralysis but he tested negative for 
that. He breathes normal while sleeping on his belly but gasps and breathes 
from his diaphram while on his side wheezes and snores funny but only whil;e 
on his side and not necessarily while on his side with the cyst. The vet has 
no idea what it is, X rays showed his lungs are clear, his vocal chords are 
opening and shutting normally, blood work is fine, now he is licking 
everything in sight. Has anyone had anything similar?
