[Dailydrool] origami bassets

I looked at the origami basset on you tube last night.  WAY too
complicated for me.

Does anyone remember how the origami
bassets were made that were place decorations at the banquet at the
Nationals in Dallas in 1980 or 1981?  They were cute and
simple.  I might have one or two laying around somewhere, but it's a
lot to ask of a paper decoration to still be around after 30 years.
