[Dailydrool] Possible help for snooter-submerging water-drinking houndies

The images of Snoopy, Gracie, Sherlock, and others drinking with their  
whole snooters submerged in their water dishes are so funny -- but then, I 
don't  have to clean it up!
 
Anyway, if you're looking for a way to rein in the bowl-draining (how  do 
they breathe?) horsie-wannabes, you might consider this -- it's a dog-bowl  
designed to slow down eating or drinking (it's made with molded lumps in the
