re dog owners and anyone else

never ever allow an official from anywhere onto your property without a
search warrant

they cant come unless invited and we often figure we have nothing to hide
why not

Also never ever talk to anyone about anything official without a lawyer
present..regardless of whether you have anything to hide..

because as they will tell you anything you said can (think not think WILL)
be used against you.

this goes for city planners, inspectors, the state, AC..anyone..also have
no trespassing signs clearly on your property..it all reality if you have
those at the edge of your property they cant even come to your front door..

cause what they have enough evidence to get a search warrant and for what
they can site you for if you invite them in are two different things

If they come to your house and say we are from AC and we would like to
inspect the premises (or the buildings department or whoever) ask them..do
you have a search warrant..if they say jokingly like no do we need
one..then jokingly say yes..they try to be your buddy your friend your
whatever but you have to remember they arent..

I let city zoning on my property cause i had nothing to hide..it cost me
tens of thousands of dollars only to find out later i could have sent them
away and they would not have pursued the case..

If they bother to come to your house they will find an issue to protect
there jobs and not being accused of harrassing people..

Just say no..say you know Im not saying no but I would like to talk to my
attorney first...

They cannot come onto your property without you inviting them or a search
warrant..now if it is something bad enough..and they have proof enough they
will leave someone there and go get that search warrant..but that also
gives you time to prepare and contact your attorney..do not believe for one
second the justice system is fair!!
