[Dailydrool] spaying,etc...

we adopted maggie at 2 years 8 months. she had never seen a vet. we decided to have her spayed. was that too old? could there be any health issues because of her late spaying? also , this morning i read here on the drool of the animal poison control. i was confused because they mentioned there was a fee and then they would give you advice? could anyone elaborate on that please? thank you, kimberly&maggie
