[Dailydrool] Tongue Thrust

Utah Friends of Basset Hounds has a basset in our care right now that does this.  We were wondering the same thing.  Why does he do this?  Is it something that needs to be fixed?  Or is he just a special basset?  He is only about 3 or 4 years old.......or so we were told.
