[Dailydrool] Dealing with a nipper

Hi,
Dascha has got herself an annoying habit. She nips, a lot. Everytime  
she's excited (especially after walks), she'll run around the house  
barking and then launch herself at me or my husband, nipping our  
hands, feet, and faces. We've tried yelling, giving her time out --  
she just comes out even more nippy. As far as I remnember, my mom's  
dog did the same thing at about Dascha's age; will it go away with  
time? Is there a good way to proactively contain he nipping?
Dascha sends out drool to everyone in need (or I assume she does  
because she's currently in time out in the bathroom).
Alla, caretaker of Dascha, who, until I get proof otherwise, I assume  
has been cross-bred with crocodiles.
