Misty, the basset who eats metal, has been induced to vomit enough times 
that she now refuses to do so. Our vet was flabbergasted about 5 months 
ago when (since we thought that she had eaten one of my husband's 
hearing aids) even after she had TWO injections of whatever medication 
they use, he was unable to get Misty to empty her stomach!
