[Dailydrool] harness

It's called a premier easy walk harness.

After Snoopy slipped his collar and scared us to death I bought one for him and 
one for Cyrus.

NO pulling from the very first instant AND it does NOT go around the neck at 
ALL.

I'm way behind on reading the Drool... could someone tell me the name of the 
harness that attaches a leash from the front to prevent pulling?
