[Dailydrool] doggie seat belts

LilBit is not a basset and is indeed little, weighing in at 18.5  lbs, but 
being part beagle and part terrier, she was a wild one in the car and i  had 
a hard time finding a restraint she couldn't get out of...the manager of 
the  local petsmart recommended a small belt that attaches to the car seat 
belt and  to her collar or harness, and it has made a well behaved, constrained 
passenger  in the car...
