[Dailydrool] shelter challenge

I haven't really been paying attention but I see where someone suggested we
use votes where we have a chance. I disagree. I think we have a lot of
power, and I think the votes should be applied to the smaller, less
lucrative rescues that have much less of a chance of winning without us.
Just my opinion. I 'll vote for whomever is selected.
