[Dailydrool] Drool for Joey - Eye surgery tomorrow!

If anyone could spare some drool for Joey Hound, he's having eyeball
removal surgery tomorrow. He's convalessing at my parent's house, because
mom is home all day, and able to dote on him. She took him to the canine
optomatrist (or is it optomologist?) on Monday, and they did a procedure to
drain the pressure, it looked like it was working, his eye went from a
funny blue color to a brown color. Today he slept until about 1 pm, mom
assumed it was from the Tramadol, and when she put in his afternoon meds,
his eyeball was blue & bulging out again. Her & dad took him to the canine
optomatrist again, and said that they could either go somewhere tonight &
have the surgery done, or tomorrow morning and double up on the meds. They
decided to do it tomorrow, so Joey Hound could sleep at home, and not stay
overnight in a cage in an office. (He's a momma's hound, he needs his
blanky & pillows and stuffed soccer ball to chomp on). So, if anyone could
spare some drool, we could use it! Everyone is a nervous wreck, even though
we know that this is for the best, since he's got the mother of all
headaches right now & is clearly not feeling too great... This has been a
whirlwind; he was fine a week ago, then suddenly big, blue bulging eye!
