[Dailydrool] my day

DOgs woke me at 4 growling, bellowing all in their crates. My window was
the only window open. I got a flashlight and went out to make sure the Van
was ok, it is parked on the street. I did not check John's car because he
has a lousy tire and if we found it up on blocks in the driveway it would
be a blessing.
Nothing out back, either. Let Llewis and Conley out but could not sleep
even tho they were.
Fed at 6, had Nigel at Vets by 7:45 for bladder stones. He is on a special
diet. DO NOT send me suggestions right now for diet. I am going to do
exactly what Doc said until I know it either works or doesn't so that's
that. When I am ready for alternatives this will be the first place to hear
about it, but right now, I'm gonna stick with what's suggested.
We didn't see anything substantial on the ultrasound but he is (Doc, not
Nigel. Nigel doesn't worry) worried about obstruction. We will keep a sharp
eye on the boyo.

Brought him home and he was very restless so we went outside for awhile and
worked in the yard. Nigel enjoyed it until I put him in his cart and then,
typically for the backyard, stood there disconsolately. Finally I put a
leash on him and simply dragged him along behind me as I trimmed a few
things. I left him standing in the shade. When I was ready to go in and he
realised he was going in he practically galloped along behind me. Silly dog.

Every day I look around at the mountains of dog laundry and the money we
spend on the three dogs and wonder what in the world I am thinking, getting
another Belgian puppy! (Maybe). Good thoughts, that's what I am thinking.

MomPerson to Nigel (napping) Llewis (napping) and Conley (looking
suspicious. How much does he know?)
