[Dailydrool] Gracie the Houseguest

Hi all, it's Snoopy,

We've got another basset staying at our house and her name is Gracie.  Oh, she 
has inconvienced me.  First she wanted momPerson to per her.  And then she peed 
in the house.  Twice.  And then the momPerson instituted the Gracie goes outside 
and goes pee and everyone gets a cookie rule.  We've all gotten about 6 cookies 
since then.  I guess she's not so bad.

She learned to use the ramp and dog door in about a minute and goes inside and 
outside and inside and outside and inside and outside and yeah ..... LuLu and I 
are dizzy and can't keep track.  LuLu is in the reading chair watching all of 
this while I type on the computer.

This morning Gracie got EVERYONE up at 5AM because she wanted to go pee.  I am 
serious.  There is a dog door and she woke everyone up whining because she had 
to go.  And worse, dadPerson told her she was a good girl and went outside with 
her.  Turns out she's scared of the dark like LuLu was and that's why she peed 
in the house twice last night it's because the clueless momPerson is, well, 
ummmmm, clueless.   Gracie is scared to go out by herself till the sun comes up.

Gracie is a very cuddly girl.  LuLu and I are being nice to her but we're not up 
for cuddling her yet, she just got here last night.  So momPerson and dadPerson 
and the girls are cuddling her.  She has picked out spots to lay.  She likes dog 
beds and hallways.  They aren't encouraging her to get up on furniture and so 
far she is staying off.  We'll see how long that lasts.
