[Dailydrool] Holly in Jacksonville IL - Urgent

 This girl only has till 8/28 to find a foster home to (hopefully) fail in. I'm nowhere near Jacksonville IL, can any rescue assist?  

Info: "Holly" looks ancient, but her teeth only look 4-5 yrs. old, eyes matted, undoubtedly left
outdoors, the toenails are horrendous!  

Needs a really good, loving home to make up for the neglect she has undoubtedly endured for several years!

the Morgan County Animal Control in Jacksonville IL
