Ohio Basset Hound Rescue has a wonderful and beautiful boy who needs some help. He came to us as a result of neglect charges. He had some health issues which have been resolved. He was signed over by his owner, who was charged with neglect, and then legally signed over to us. We have all legal documentation to support this. His original owner who is still being prosecuted has a Facebook page. We saw on her Facebook that some friends have offered to adopt him and then return him to her. This is our greatest fear and therefore the reason for this post. We are hoping another rescue somewhere, somehow will step up and help him.
