[Dailydrool] Barney with Ohio Basset Rescue

OBR wants to thank Suzanne Fitch with Mid Atlantic for stepping up to take Barney. Suzanne is always a life saver. This way Barney can get on their web site and find the perfect forever home. He might even go by air plane!! How cool is that for this poor dog in an abuse neglect case.
