Pebbles wants to thank everyone who sent me suggestions. Pebbles went to the
vet Wednesday afternoon and had blood drawn. The blood results were normal
so we are trying a bland diet and Zantacs. I will give her prescription dog
food for 2 days and then feed her chicken and rice. If the diet works she
will go on the same dog food that Maggie did to help dogs with digestive
issues. For some reason she is producing too much stomach acid at night and
that is what is causing the early morning retching. She has been doing it
for a week now instead of every once in a while. I fed her the first can
tonight and will give her the Zantac at bedtime with her treat. She could
use a little tummy get better drool.

Pebbles is crate trained and Maggie was not. Pebbles is fed and given her
treats in the crate and I also put her in there at times when I leave to cut
down on the counter cruising. She does not like to be crated when I am gone
and that is the only time she ahroos. She is also put in there for
punishment. It helps get the point across that she is behaving badly. All I
have to do is say "Pebbles!! and in she goes. She will also go in there
during the day. I can tell she is irritated with me because she goes into
the crate and rearranges her pillow. Because of the crating training She is
not underfoot when it is feeding time or when I am cooking.

She sends drool to all those in need.
