Dogs really need to be introduced to Dremels slowly. My groomerh begins by
just running one near the dog, not even touching the foot. It may take
several sessions before she picks up a foot and works on the nails.
Also remember that the nail being worked on will get HOT fairly fast, which
means you need to grind for a few seconds and go on to another nail,
working back and forth.
Some dogs really will not suffer foot handling and that is why Mother
Nature made himself anesthesia.
