[Dailydrool] Black and possibly shrivelled nipple (!)

Possibly it has always been black but I am not sure?! Certainly it looks a bit shrivelled. Sorry Morse for such personal details (Miss Angela would have a pink fit)
He has been on Fucidin and Fuciderm recently for skin problems, would they have caused it?
