[Dailydrool] dis stuff & dat stuff & lots of stuff

Ok so here is my experience with different colored Bassets,  I have  had 
three Bassets, all tri, but my Annie is very dark where my other two are  
white black and brown,  the two light colored ones have been my girls with  skin 
allergies,  both of them and I spent major dollars that I don't have  to 
give them the best,  my Annie doesn't have an allergy or bump or skin  problem 
or itching,  so it may be a fluke take it or leave it, but it has  been my 
experience that the lighter the color the more the skin issues.   but hell I 
dont really know that much only that my pockets are always empty.  Maggie 
Wags starts her new series of shots next week,  she is now on  Hydroxyzine 
for the itching,  she is better except for two places, the rash  on her neck 
and on both sides of her flews, she has scratched  her flews  raw, yep she 
bleeds, I am putting Neosporin on them but it doesn't seem to stop  the itch, 
only prevents infection. vet said we may have to go with a low dose of  
preds for a few weeks to get the inflammation  under control
 
Hubby bought me a used SUV, nothing spectacular just something nice so I  
can take my girls to the vets and shopping,  it's new to me  but here  is the 
kicker,  he said that we DO NOT have enough money in our budget now  for me 
to continue drinking wine and eating Two bags of MM'S every week   
bwahahahahaah and my reply, guess who can sell their Michigan hunting property  and 
we could pay off everything bwahahahahaha, silly boy !!!!!!!!  does  anyone 
use a ramp to get their hounds in and out of their SUV  I dont think  I can 
lift my girls,  getting them in wont be  as hard as getting them  out.
 
 Westminster dog show :  I for one was very disappointed this  year in the 
show and extremely  sad over the winner,  it's not that I  dont like Peeks,  
it's just that I thought there were much better looking  dogs who showed 
better than the peek who deserved to win! 
I was not aware of the Pedigree commercial controversy   But I will  
definitely write to Pedigree  I think they do a good job of getting the  plight of 
abused and unwanted  dogs  out to the public,  it is  Madness   in this 
world we live in, the longer I live,  the less  sense I can make of it all  I 
did love the Suburu commercial though,  especially the one where they were 
all camping and they hear the wolf howl  and all the dogs get back in the SUV 
and lock the  doors
