[Dailydrool] Baylee

They were originally talking about a reward fund, but apparently the police said the witness could not positively say Baylee was thrown from the car --she may have just jumped. (Even though she was dog napped, geez.) Anyway, the last I heard was no reward fund because it doesn't look like they will do much if they catch them.  UFBH said please donate to basset rescues so more can be saved, even though Baylee couldn't.
