[Dailydrool] Cold!

Does Basil have a thick undercoat? That seems to be the difference in my hounds who are fearless in the cold and those who shiver at a breath of wind. Any of my guys who shed constantly are never cold and will drag me all around in cold weather. The ones who don't shed much are the shiverers. All are bassets, but some just don't have heavy coats.
