Grrreat idea. 
 
WHY hasn't anyone done this already?!  It is just common sense.
 
Vote for regional reps. Reps vote on what goes in.
No fancy bag. No advertising.
10% of any profit goes to Rescue and the REST INTO GETTING AN EVEN BETTER  
QUALITY FOOD
 
Its too common sense.
 
Even if we just did it for the rescues (with 501's) and not able to sell we 
 could put the bags in our raffle baskets and use as prizes....and feed our 
 rescues.
