[Dailydrool] recipe help please

HI
One of our guys is on a restricted diet due to intestinal issues.  
He/They can no longer have their two a day Milk Bones!!!  I can however 
bake him/them some treats using Quinoa and turkey/pumpkin...no flour at 
all.  Does anyone out there have any treat recipes that might fit the 
bill????
The hounds would be eternally greatful for any and all help.  It's going 
to be pretty difficult eating only dried sweet potatoes for 
treats...according to them.
