I have talked with Racer and she likes "Moonracer's Wings Emporium" for her store name. At first she thought that the young puppies that cross the Bridge should be the only ones with really cool wings but on 2nd thought she said she considers any Basset under the age of 5 still a puppy (somewhat) and would like to cater to this younger cliental. The huge grassy area with the viewing deck and stream should be located right across the street from the Emporium so that puppies testing their new wings can take off from the roof and glide (hopefully) into the feathery soft grass ,but away from the viewing deck so the Bassets sunning and hanging out  are not bothered by over head projectiles and things dropping from the sky. The viewing deck will have bright red pillows for lounging enjoyment and be located in the widest part of the grassy area where the stream starts as a trickle.That way any splashing does not disturb those taking advantage of "Serene Park". Racer wasn't sure what to do  about a Waddel/Fundraiser since she is too young to know what that is. I couldn't help her much.
