[Dailydrool] 2013 Daily Drool Calendar Instructions

First, thank you to all of you who expressed interest in the calendar.  I'm
thrilled people are still interested after the problems of last year.
 Below are the instructions for this year's calendar.  I apologize in
advance for the length of this post -- Esther Strom is posting this on a
webpage which I will notify you of as soon as it's up.  I will also e-mail
this information to everyone who bought a calendar last year.  Laura

*2013 Daily Drool Calendar Information*

There will be a number of changes to the process for the Daily Drool
calendar this year.  The date sign-up and ordering process will be more
manual in the past, because I am no longer using Cecil Graphics who owned
the sign-up site.  I have a new printer (the one used by Senior
Houndsabound, who has a track record of success), and the goal will to be
to have all calendars shipped no later than the middle of November (of
course you can order them later than that, but for those who order prior to
October 20 you will absolutely have them for the holidays, both Christmas
and Chanukah, and  in plenty of time for gift mailing.

Sign-up date – 10 am Saturday July 28



Pictures/Captions due – Saturday August 18

Proceeds will be shared equally between Senior Houndsabound, BROOD, and
whichever rescue Esther Schwartz picks as a thank you for her help with the
website.



*How to sign up:*



Send an e-mail to *dailydroolcalendar at gmail.com* no earlier than 10 am
Eastern Daylight Time Saturday, July 28 with your name, address, phone
number, and *first five date preferences*.  Any e-mails received prior to
10 am will be deleted (I will respond to you telling you to resend before
deleting the e-mail).  Once I have confirmed your date I will send you a
Paypal invoice for the $5 sign-up fee.  Failure to pay the $5 sign-up fee
by Saturday, August 4 will result in forfeiture of your date.



I strongly prefer that everyone use Paypal.  *I have no ability to accept
credit cards*.  I will accept personal checks, but they will be a lot of
work for me, so if you can use Paypal please do.



If you will be away on the sign-up date you may send an e-mail to me at
lauraRsalmon at gmail.com (don’t miss that middle R please) any time prior to
Saturday, July 28 and I will begin sending e-mails on your behalf to the
calendar g-mail site at 10 AM.  You will fall in with everyone else in
priority.  There is no way to get an “edge” by asking me to submit on your
behalf – I am simply offering to do so because I realize sign-ups are in
the heart of vacation time and I want to be as helpful as I can.



*How to submit pictures and captions:*

Simply e-mail your picture to dailydroolcalendar at gmail.com and provide the
following information *NO LATER THAN SATURDAY AUGUST 18 *:



Dog’s name(s) (indicate if they are a rescue)

Caption

Loved by

City and State (or City, State/Province, Country for International orders)



Payment for one calendar is due at the time of picture/caption submission.
I will send you a Paypal invoice for the calendar.  If you would like to
purchase more than one at this time you are more than welcome to do so.
Prices (all in US dollars) are as follows.  Prices assume shipment to the
same address; for shipment to multiple addresses you will be charged the
price for the number of calendars shipped to EACH address:

There is no increase in the sign-up fee or the price of a calendar from
last year.

calendars you would like to order to dailydroolcalendar at gmail.com.  I will
send you a Paypal invoice.  You may purchase calendars at any time.

will be available as soon as I figure that out.
