Eleri - it's certainly not a common term and a lot would depend on the
context.  It might mean a type of mulled wine made using fruits that have
stones (like peaches for instance), and hot stones are also used in the
mulling process.  Could also be a brand, Stone's Green Ginger Wine.  Those
would be my best guesses.  Gracie and Holly send big slurpy kisses, they are
off to the Vet this morning (but don't know it).
