    Your girl needs to have a urine analysis run by your vet.  Urination is rarely a show of defiance and blatant urination is usually a sign of illness.  She is trying to tell you that she is sick.  If the urination is particularly foul smelling or you notice her straining to urinate, these are all signs of either cystitis, bladder, or kidney infection.  Changes in behavior can also be a sign of illness.
