[Dailydrool] A week with the Beach Gang----

Last week here at the Beach with this gang was one that could twist your whiskers----

Brudder Elwood went in for a toebone trim, wart removal in his choppers, and a head to tail check over. He was not amused, he loves seeing his gang of folks at the clinic, but wow--he comes home a grump. He ended up having 8 warts taken off, his toes are nice and short, in fact Doc said if he got them any shorter, he would of needed a transfusion--and we are starting him on adaquan shots for his osteo. 

Brudder Jake had a appointment on Thursday. That is a story for its own post. Brudder Jake is sick and I am worried sick over my big red dog.

Friday Brudder Elwood wakes up with a eye swollen shut. Hmmmm. Not good and I had a 8am appointment. I was meeting somone at a McDonalds no less--I told Elwood, buck up buddy, we are going to work. In the back seat he goes, off to the gas station, over to Micky D's---oh he was thrilled, he thought he had finally hit paydirt, his nose wiggled, he barked, his swollen eye was forgotten----he got nothing. Nada--he moped in the back seat, grumbled, the one eye that still worked was shooting daggers.

Back to the clinic, I have worn a path there this week, and Elwood has a eye infection. Got him the meds he needs and get him back home. His mood has not improved, and he is not very agreeable on these drops, but da brudder does not agree to much except the bowl. We have had to keep Bessie at bay from him as she took this as a opportunity to razz him big time.
Brudder Elwood now seems to be on the road to recovery. Bess is thrilled. Daisy takes it all in stride.

We are sending drool to all in need, we will write about Brudder Jake, it is a heads up to all--
