[Dailydrool] Phil Guinn has passed away.

Phil was such an advocate for the hounds in his neck of the woods, and a
really nice man all around.
He certainly has found his spot ATB by now, helping where need be.  He
always wanted to help
We will miss him.
Thanks for letting us know Menzie.  If you see his babies,  please give them
kisses
