[Dailydrool] cracked noses and Hydroxizine (sp)

Olive oil is greta for cracked noses, apply as often as needed. Harmless if licked and it will help!
Hydroxizine- my older son has taken this for hives. He has epilepsy and can't take any drugs with anithistamines in them. Not really sure what is in this- but I would call the vet for the lethargy you describe- it doesn't sound right.
