[Dailydrool] Do dogs get skin tags?

I know anyone under 30 will not "get" what I am talking about..lol..UNLESS you 
are in the medical field.  You know those hideous skin tags you get when you are 
older?  Well, I noticed one under my Lexi's chin...a small red bump...looks just 
like a skin tag!  Has anyone else had a dog with them ?
