So sorry to hear the sad news.  Cancer in our furbabies is as devastating as in our human friends and relatives.

About the problem swallowing, will he try beef or chicken broth?  I have even frozen broth in ice cube trays and put them in the water dish.  It would give  alittle nourishment.
