[Dailydrool] Arrest made in the case of Buddy set on fire

Hi all it's the clueless and heartbroken momPerson here,

I just read that the family's 18 year old son set the family dog on fire and has 
admitted to doing it.  He has a criminal history.  Apparently he was on drugs at 
the time, he admits doing it, and didn't give a reason.
