[Dailydrool] Buddy

I still have to just glance quickly over the posts on Buddy, but I have
garnered enough to realize an arrest has been made.  The only thing I can
say is that for how much this hurts my heart and very psyche, I cannot
imagine what the rescue folks must be feeling.  Ugh.  I am giving my hounds
extra kisses every night.
