I see that the Friends of Feline Rescue are 'way ahead of our Ohio Basset Hound Rescue, state-wise, yet on the Grand Prize entries, we are #10 and The Feline Folk aren't on it! Does that mean they have previously won a "Grand Prize"? Just curious............ Jan, and Stuart
