[Dailydrool] cookie tax, cookie tax

Hi everybody, it's Gracie and I want to make sure all the hounds know about 
cookie tax because Snoopy didn't and LuLu plain forgot.

If you go pee in the grass you are entitled to a cookie.  If you don't get a 
cookie when you ask for one after you go pee in the grass then next time you go 
pee on the carpet instead and they learn real fast, even if the momPerson you 
happen to get is completely clueless.
