I am going to check with my vet tomorrow, but does anyone know if either skip laurel or leyland cypress are poisonous to dogs. The laurel will drop berries. Also, since I suspect both are, does anyone know of a dense privacy bush that is not poisonous? Since it would have been super complicated to raise my fence in the back, I want to create a "green" privacy situation, especially since a lot of construction will be happening in the near future. I am on Long Island, so it would have to be a plant for that climate. My dogs are older and don't chew the plants anymore.
Nigel saw his eye specialist today, and he is healing so well, his doctor took a photo of his eyeball for demonstration purposes for future lectures. Nigel (smoochies to Janie Anne) is an eyeball model, go figure.
Tomorrow is my monthly trip to the primary Vet's office with the herd, one by one, for anals and pedicures. Max and JP will see the Vet, the others the techs.
Thursday, Max goes back to his oncologist.
Knock on wood, Max is looking comfortable, and he is eating. His BM is finally almost normal, but now Pierre is very soft, but he just finished a week of clavamox which I think caused it.
Healing drool to all in need.
