[Dailydrool] Rescue activities start-up

Hello to all the Droolers. I got a question for all the Droolers on how to start-up activities in your state. We are from Louisiana and there is never anything to do with bassets and there families like a lot of the other states have! I know we have a rescue here in Louisiana so maybe we can start up something to do??? Drool to all in need!!!
