[Dailydrool] clarification on secret pawtner

If you have participated in the clues list for secret pawtner,
and have not unsubscribed, you are still subscribed to the
SP digest. But that doesn't mean you are signed up for secret
pawtner.  You must send your information to me every year.  
So . . . if you want to play and thought you were signed up 
because of the digest, you need to send me your information 
NOW.

Also  I could use a couple more pawtners for the mini secret 
pawtner which has a budget of $20 for the human.  Please 
contact me ASAP if you would like to play.
