Adm. JED very concerned that mate Drake has heat stroke.

Endorses garrisoning Drake indoors with AC if possible, if not, frozen
blocks of ice suggestion from experienced hound slave capital idea. 102
awfully hot for houndslaves, but killer hot for hounds.

Adm. JED came close to suffering heat exhaustion on July 4 during maneuvers
at 4th of July Waddle with fleet of over 100 hounds. Sprayed down with cool
water and put in shade, Adm. recovered nicely. (Annoyed, but healthy.
Requested immediate return to his command couch.)

Adm. also agrees with calling vet and asking for help regardless of
checking account balance. Never hurts to ask, he reminded houndservant.
