It is with great sadness that I inform you of Rockefeller's trip to the 
bridge yesterday. He has been going downhill over the last few months. 
His bad days were far outnumbering his good days, and yesterday he told 
me it was time. I adopted him from Suncoast Basset Rescue in 2006 at the 
Waddle. I was told that I was his 4th home. He loved popcorn, waking me 
up every two hours for the entire 8 years I had him, bossing his Basset 
brothers around, belly rubs, and eating small children in his day. He 
also never left my side.  He would have been 14 in February. Today I 
will bury him next to Beauregard ATB and Mark ATB. Fly free sweet boy.
