Thank you so much Wendy regarding JP, and despite your positive thoughts, if  history repeats itself, JP is doing an overnight visit, and he may well have a rectal drain once again.  Oh my goodness, that drain was a big mess problem, but we got the job done, and we will do it again.  Just in case I have JP's overnight bag ready with meds, food  and a blanket.
