here is the scoop, the rules have changed with Gulf Bank.. Loozianna basset rescue is in second place right now for $10,000
third place receives $5000. FIRST place is $25,000.. how many doggies can they save with $25,000.

go back to the voting site via the website
put in email, code and first and last name
mark the legal box
