[Dailydrool] Precious

We took Precious back to the vet yesterday and got a report from the eye specialist for her that she has no hope for sight ..DUH  my vet had already told me that but she did not think Precious needs her eyes removed unless they keep showing signs of irritaion. She has some irritation in the right eyeball the veins are very red and some blue smaller veins the antibiotic eye drops did not help so we are getting a special formula of eye drops to sooth the irritation it will not be in until today. She also had a urinary tract infection. I was not sure because she has been totally continent inside and would sleep all night with no potty breaks but I was concerned that when she did potty in the day she would be like a boy dog and mark, here and there and another place. It worried me because most females just squat and potty and that is it. So we asked the doc to do a urine sample and she had bacteria so we are treating her for that. She is out and about with the crew and does well finding her way arouind the house I think by Spring she will be in charge LOL. Hopefully we can find her a good home before then though one with few dogs or maybe she would prefer to be an only dog.
